In order to achieve constant improvement in its own environmental efficiency, Microlaser Italia shall:

• Comply with all legal environmental requirements applicable to the company's activities.
• Involve the staff and make them aware of the environmental issues, quality, safety and importance of their contribution in order to improve the general conditions of work safety as well as the environmental efficiency of the organization.
• Raise awareness among its customers so as to implement proper differentiation of waste resulting from the cartridges and take the necessary precautions to prevent pollution.
• Optimize the control process of the product to be retrieved in order to minimize the amount of product to be disposed of.
• Manage the waste produced within the plant, thus minimizing the dangers of contamination due to accidental events, in order to ensure the protection of soil, subsoil and water resources.
• Prevent air pollution, thus optimizing the technical and organizational management of its own systems.
• Keep the noise impact under control and, where possible, reduce it through proper management of its activities.
• Choose suppliers that can ensure compliance with the environmental requirements.
